Catering Information & Policies

• Pickup is available at our location at no additional cost, based on the agreed pickup date and time.

• Delivery is available in The Woodlands and surrounding areas for a $10 fee, subject to availability.

• We always strive to accommodate catering orders whenever possible; however, availability may vary depending on our schedule and order volume.

• Regular catering orders require a minimum of 2 days' advance notice.

• Orders serving more than 20 people require a minimum of 5 days' advance notice.

• Many of our catering specialties are prepared fresh to order and are not regularly available at the food truck.

• All food is freshly prepared and delivered hot or cold, depending on the dish. Orders are packaged in disposable containers and are intended for guests to serve themselves on their own plates.

• Catering orders do not include serving utensils, serving trays, plates, cutlery, or any other serving supplies. If you would like any of these items, please let us know when placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.

• Labneh, Hummus, and Baba Ghanouj are typically packaged in 16 oz containers. For orders of more than three containers of the same item, plating and presentation on serving trays may be requested when placing your order. This service is available for an additional charge and is subject to availability.

• This is a drop-off catering service. Orders are delivered to the door at the agreed time. We do not enter homes, venues, or offices, and food setup is not included.

• A 50% deposit is required to confirm and reserve your order. The remaining balance is due upon pickup or delivery.

• Accepted payment methods are Zelle (346-328-5817) and cash.

• Any cancellations or changes to an order must be requested at least 36 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery time.
